Each tutu hand cut, tied and sewn for that extra lasting durability simply tied tutus can not provide. We use a thicker band than most to prevent twisting and double layers of tulle for a super lush tutu that doesn't loose it's fluff.
We can intermix the colors if your perfect as well :)

S Baby Girl (1-3 years of age or 17-19 inch waist)
